TCCX series telecentric lens

The TCCX series telecentric lenses are designed for 2/3" cameras with internal coaxial lighting.

The TCCX series is specifically designed for flat surface measurements and defect inspections, providing the same magnification and working distance as the TCLWD series while incorporating integrated coaxial illumination.

This type of illumination is used to uniformly light uneven surfaces and detect small surface defects such as scratches or grooves. Applications can be found in various industries, ranging from electronics and semiconductors to glass and mechanical engineering.

All of these lenses, at a working distance of 135 mm, meet the high-resolution imaging requirements of small pixel-sized cameras with a large numerical aperture, surpassing the industrial requirements of online or offline applications.

With built-in LED lighting featuring advanced electronic components, the illumination provided offers excellent stability and uniformity, which are critical factors for the reliability of all machine vision systems. The unique optical design reduces the issues of back reflections in traditional coaxial lighting systems, making the TCCX an excellent choice, especially for applications involving highly reflective surfaces (approximately >30% reflectance). Application examples include pattern recognition on silicon wafers and LCD displays, as well as the inspection of polished metal surfaces, plastic, and glass panels.
