      VisionPro 8.4 Machine Vision Software is a PC development platform that comes with a complete and powerful Cognex vision toolset.

Cognex offers a comprehensive vision solution that includes vision controllers, vision hardware, and vision software. Cognex Designer Vision Software has recently been introduced as a complete software environment, allowing organizations to build 2D, 3D, and multi-camera vision software applications. This is because there have been significant changes in VisionPro software and its approach.

Since the introduction of Cognex Designer software, Cognex Designer automatically includes the latest VisionPro software and features. As a result, VisionPro is now provided alongside Cognex Designer, allowing users to leverage the graphical capabilities of Cognex Designer with VisionPro software's vision tools.

Features for current VisionPro users:

1. Includes Cognex Designer, VisionPro, and Cognex hardware (VC5, 8704e, or CC24).

2. The graphical sequences in Designer allow both programmers and non-programmers to quickly build 90-100% of the vision system.

3. Designer provides integrated and straightforward PLC and IO communication, which can be more challenging in VisionPro.
