       The In-Sight Micro vision system is the smallest family of vision systems with a size of only 30mmx30mmx60mm. These ultra-compact vision systems support power over Ethernet (POE), making them ideal for integration into smaller Spaces. In-Sight Micro packs a completely independent vision system into a tiny space of just 30mmx30mmx60mm - the size of a traditional remote head camera.

The ultra-compact 5-megapixel In-Sight 8405 model is designed to be deployed upright or at the right Angle, and despite its compact appearance, the system is equipped with high-performance vision tools, faster communication speeds and high resolution, making it ideal for integration into smaller Spaces where machine space is limited. Other In-Sight Micro models come with an In-Sight nonlinear calibration tool that can be installed at an Angle of up to 45 degrees. These vision systems are ideal for installation in the confined Spaces of robots and in hard-to-reach equipment on production lines.

Breakthrough pattern matching technology

PatMax RedLine has been designed with fast pattern matching In mind In the new In-Sight five-megapixel vision systems, including the In-Sight 8405. In typical applications, PatMax RedLine runs four to seven times faster than PatMax, or more - without loss of search accuracy or stability.
