7.1 Background Introduction

The Block Control System (BC) is developed by New Xi Wang and used for integrating all the upstream and downstream equipment in the production line. It combines all the machines on the production line into a single automated equipment line. The system uploads the integrated data to the customer's MES system according to the customer's requirements. The uploaded data includes the primary equipment status, equipment process parameters, and production parameters. The entire system operates smoothly and stably, meeting customer needs for real-time data tracking, production data analysis, and product quality control.

The system is easy to operate and can be configured to upload the required data. It supports various data types and facilitates customer adjustments and changes to data content. Additionally, the BC system supports multiple interfaces such as TICBO/Ethernet and various common equipment integrations, allowing customers to adjust the production line's equipment structure and data content.

7.3 Work Results
