Project introduction:

The camera collects images through an external trigger, and uses vision software tools to accurately measure whether the height of the liquid in the bottle meets the detection standard. If the standard is not reached, the signal is sent to the rejection mechanism for rejection processing.

 

System performance:

The visual inspection system for the beverage industry has the advantages of compact camera (30mmx30mmx60mm), flexible installation and easy use , it can run directly installed in the existing equipment; Using a variety of different industrial light sources for lighting, the detection target can be highlighted, and then use the camera to take pictures software analysis and detection, the whole process is fast (actual detection time, including taking pictures less than 100ms). In the interface provided to the customer, the parameter interface is directly embedded in the graph, which is intuitive, simple and easy to adjust.
