There are more product models, but the appearance is similar and the testing requirements are consistent, so this set of equipment needs to be compatible with the detection of 6 kinds of products at the same time, of which the smallest model is 9×6.5×16, and the largest model is 26.5*6.5*16;

System performance

The visual imaging accessories include 2 sets of cameras and accessories, 2 high-resolution lenses and 2 LED light sources. The image processing is carried out by Cognex VisionPro. The operation interface of the software is simple and clear, different operation permissions are assigned, parameters can be changed and saved. The accuracy of a single pixel of the vision system is 0.01mm;
