At present, the manual detection method uses the combination of operator eye inspection and detection instruments to detect product quality. This method is affected by measuring instruments and human factors, so the detection speed is slow, the operation is complicated, and it is easy to cause missed detection and misjudgment. Based on this, the online detection system mainly adopts machine vision detection equipment. Meet the high speed, high precision, high repeatability and other production characteristics, to meet the higher requirements of the production line detection.






System introduction

The system can simultaneously detect coplanarity, alignment, length of gold needle, coplanarity of glass needle and outcrop of gold needle. Real-time display of these inspection content test results, measurement data and through-rate statistics results, save pictures, data and set a variety of specifications of the product operations. The system uses three cameras to detect all contents: the No. 1 camera detects the coplanarity of the pin and the coplanarity of the glass needle, and the camera moves left and right to shoot the image, which is divided into five shots to realize the detection: The glass needles on both sides were shot twice, and the stitches were shot three times. The images collected for several times were jigsaw to detect the coplanarity. The detection field of view was 17mm, and the accuracy could reach 0.0068mm for each pixel. No. 2 camera detects positionality and pin length, and also takes multiple shots of the puzzle to detect, and is installed on the same base as No. 1 camera to achieve image acquisition; Camera No. 3 detects the outcrop of the gold needle and detects whether the gold needle is exposed by taking a shot. NG products are automatically eliminated, and OK products will flow to the next station for other testing or loading.

Working effect

The pass rate of the pin detection system can reach more than 98%, the repetition accuracy is 0.01mm, the Cycle Time of each piece of product is less than 1.6 seconds, and the production capacity is 2250 pieces per hour, which can save 5 people, greatly improve the production efficiency, eliminate many bad products caused by human factors, and greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the reliability of production.
