Applications:

This is a production line for more than 2,000 circuit breakers with more than 100 components. When inspecting circuit breakers before packaging, it is essential to have 100% reliable inspection of individual components. The mechanical system is obviously unable to complete the inspection operation in time.

Results:

After the vision system is installed, a complete assembly check of the individual components of different products can be carried out by analyzing the product description. Since all statistics are archived by the system, all nonconformance defects can be monitored and confirmed, thereby identifying any false rejections if necessary. This type of control also implies full traceability of the inspected production.
