In pharmaceutical companies, there is a need for information collection and management of medications with high requirements for product packaging quality. System Overview

In this case, it is necessary to read and validate one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes on medicine bottle labels, while also inspecting the quality of bottle caps and checking for the presence of safety seals on the bottles. The system utilizes a set of smart cameras with linear lighting on the same side of the camera to achieve recognition of one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes and inspection of bottle caps.

Work Results

This visual system is widely used in pharmaceutical production lines, achieving a detection speed of up to 300 items per minute, ensuring 100% stable recognition and accurate cap inspection.
