2. The camera is offline and the image is black during use

Troubleshooting method:

(1) The camera power adapter, the network cable used by the camera and the computer to transmit data is special for industry, and the use of non-supporting hardware will cause the connection of the camera to fail, the camera is offline during use, the image is black during normal use, the camera is hot and other problems.
