AOI can be divided into four parts: precision mechanical system, control system, image processing system, and software system according to technology.

1. Precision mechanical system:

2. Control system:

The control system of AOI is composed of a main control computer, a motion control card, an image acquisition card, an I/O interface board, etc., to realize the three-dimensional coordinates and peripheral I/O interface control, to ensure the accuracy and fast response of the movement, and to cooperate with the mechanical and vision modules to realize the function of the whole machine. The control system of AOI mainly completes: X, Y precision worktable motion control, Z-axis direction motion control, convenient image acquisition, and flexible control of the direction of the detected items.

3. Image processing system:

The image processing system is called CCD vision system, which is mainly composed of a camera, an image grabber, and an LED program-controlled light source. The video image signal obtained by the camera is transmitted to the image acquisition card, and the image acquisition is completed by the control image acquisition card, and the main control computer processes the video image of the collection, and the result is returned to the main control program, and the image can be observed in real time through the display and other corresponding control processes can be completed.

4. Software system:
