The main working steps of a complete machine vision system are divided into the following points:

2. The image acquisition part sends a starting pulse to the camera and the lighting system respectively according to the pre-set program and time delay.

3. Turn on the exposure mechanism before the camera starts a new frame scanning, and the exposure time can be set in advance.

4. Another start-up pulse turns on the light illumination, the light on time should match the camera's exposure time.

5. After the camera is exposed, the scanning and output of a frame of image officially begins.

6. The image acquisition part stores the digital image in the memory of the processor or computer.

7. The processor processes, analyzes, and identifies the image to obtain the measurement result or logic control value.

8. The processing results control the action of the assembly line, carry out positioning, correct the error of the movement, etc
