(1) Install three industrial cameras on the circuit board assembly line, and the installation position is directly above the circuit board to ensure that the QR code is collected when the single-row or double-row circuit board comes;

(2) After receiving the signal sent by the sensor, the industrial camera takes a photo of the QR code and compares the QR code information;

(3) After the wireless scanner collects the QR code, the controller transmits the information through Bluetooth;

(4) When a two-dimensional code is detected to be missing or unreadable data, the system will send out an audible and visual alarm and send a rejection signal, and the system will keep the NG record; When 3 QR codes are missed or unreadable data appear in a row, the system will sound and light alarm and send a shutdown signal;

(5) The QR code information collected by the wireless scanner and the industrial camera needs to be uploaded to the customer's background system.

(6) After the system is shut down, it is necessary to manually intervene and reset before resuming the work.
