Working Principle of CCD Vision Inspection Machine (CCD Image Sorting Machine)

The CCD vision inspection machine, also known as CCD image sorting machine or CCD optical sorting machine, primarily utilizes a CCD camera to convert the detected product into image signals, which are then transmitted to image processing software. The image processing software extracts product features such as area, quantity, position, length, surface smoothness, etc., based on the pixel distribution, brightness, color, and other information of the image. Subsequently, the software makes judgments on the products according to preset conditions, and the control action mechanism classifies and centrally places the inspected products.
