When using the CCD vision system, when the industrial computer fails, we can check according to the following steps:

1. The computer cannot be turned on, and the computer cannot pass the self-test when it is turned on (there is no "beep" sound during the power-on self-test).

Troubleshooting method: First check whether the power supply of the computer is normal; secondly, after disconnecting the power supply, open the computer case, remove the image card, IO card and other third-party hardware, and then check the CPU, memory module, power supply and other hardware one by one to find the problematic computer. Parts replaced.

2. When booting, the screen goes black and displays the English DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER.

Troubleshooting method: Disconnect the power supply, open the computer case and check whether the hard disk cable is connected or loose.

3. The computer can be turned on but the system displays a blue screen or a black screen when it is turned on.

Troubleshooting method: Follow the system quick restore manual to restore to the factory system.

4. Can boot but cannot enter the system, and the system recovery fails.

Troubleshooting method: After failing to restore the system according to the system quick restore manual, the first step is to use a USB flash drive with PE to enter the PE system and use ghost to restore the system. If after entering PE, you find that the hard disk cannot be found or the hard disk reads and writes abnormally and you cannot use ghost to restore the system normally, it is because the hard disk is damaged. After replacing the hard disk, try to use ghost under PE and reinstall the system.

How to check for monitor failure:

1. The indicator light on the monitor shows.

Troubleshooting method: Check whether the VGA cable display interface and the industrial control machine connector are loose. Secondly, restart the industrial computer and press F8 on the keyboard to enter safe mode. In safe mode, lower the resolution setting of the monitor.

2. There is no indicator light on the monitor.

Troubleshooting method: Check whether the power supply of the monitor is normal. Secondly, find another computer monitor and see if the display is normal after replacement.
