1. Capture contours — Contour optimization technology renders accurate part contours with just one click.
2. Locate objects - Mature object detection technology no longer requires expensive fixation procedures to ensure that measurements are performed at the correct location.
3. Measure – The flexible In-Sight laser profiler tool suite extracts features, constructs reference points and verifies that products are within tolerances.
4. Communication results - Measurement results are sent to the PLC or the final pass/fail result is sent directly as an independent output.
